    I recently purchased a set of these in the USA and used them with my factory struts - even though they say it can't be used for this purpose. I merely had to shave off the top lip of the upper shock mounting plate with a grinder, paint it and install these on top of that. Remember that the Celica has directional installation of shock parts as the top of the shock is shaved on both side to properly align the top plate. I used these in conjunction with the Toyota crash bolts (9010515006, 1910515005 and/or 9010515004) to get my front camber to negative 3 degrees. PERFECT!
    I lubricated the mating surfaces with motorcycle chain lube for reduction of resistance when adjusting with a wooden block and hammer. THESE are GREAT! RWS
